- Conduct requirements analysis, hardware concept evaluation, schematic design and BOM compilation and review for automotive electronic products such as on-board controllers, vehicle-mounted modules and automotive accessories.
- Follow automotive design specifications when reviewing PCB layouts and ensure the manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT) of hardware boards.
- Complete prototype bring-up, hardware debugging, bench testing and vehicle road testing. Identify hardware defects, analyze root causes and provide optimization solutions for R&D and testing issues.
- Prepare DV/PV test specifications, track verification progress, analyze test data and resolve power supply, communication and hardware reliability issues.
- Provide technical support for trial production, mass-production workshops and the manufacturing and quality teams. Resolve production abnormalities on site and improve production yield.
- Handle faulty vehicle products returned through after-sales service, conduct failure analyses, summarize the causes of batch failures and provide feedback to the R&D team to support design iterations and quality improvements.
- Compile a complete set of technical documentation, including hardware specifications, design reports, FMEAs, test reports, repair instructions and technical records.
- Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers, respond to technical inquiries and support the achievement of project milestones.
- Troubleshoot faults in CAN, LIN and Ethernet vehicle communication circuits and cooperate with software engineers on joint hardware and software debugging.

- Skilled in circuit design, PCB review, automotive bus systems and troubleshooting relating to EMC and DV/PV testing.
- Skilled in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers and CAN/LIN/Ethernet diagnostic tools for hardware fault diagnosis and board-level repair debugging.
- Good English skills for technical communication with international stakeholders.
- German language skills are considered an advantage.
