- Manage the daily on-site operations of automotive product production lines and supervise the front-line operators.
- Organize shift schedules, assign tasks and provide practical guidance to operators during production.
- Implement the IATF 16949 quality management system and ensure that on-site electrostatic discharge (ESD) control standards are applied.
- Monitor production-line quality and contribute to reducing defects, rework and material waste.
- Track production output during each shift to ensure that delivery targets are met.
- Promptly report any production abnormalities and coordinate their rapid resolution.
- Enforce 5S management across the production lines.
- Implement standardized work procedures and lean continuous improvement initiatives on site.
- Record shift production data and complete the required production reports.
- Ensure that all relevant information is communicated thoroughly during shift handovers.
- Collaborate with process, quality, material and maintenance technicians to resolve issues related to assembly and end-of-line testing.
- Ensure that all on-site operations comply with German occupational safety regulations and workshop management rules.

Your profile
- Completed vocational training or a college degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial technology or a related technical field. Equivalent technical qualifications are also accepted.
- At least two years of professional experience in automotive component manufacturing.
- At least one year of supervisory experience as a production team leader or shift foreman.
- Familiarity with automotive product assembly and basic testing processes.
- Experience working for a Tier 1 automotive supplier is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with lean tools, including 5S and 8D.
- Confidence using MES and SAP systems in daily operations.
- Ability to quickly identify on-site issues and coordinate the necessary corrective actions.
- Ability to monitor improvement measures and report on their progress.
- Strong hands-on skills and a rigorous approach to work.
- Solution-oriented working style and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and colleagues from other departments.
- Good English skills for daily communication in an international manufacturing environment.
- German language skills are considered an advantage.
