- Act as an administrative partner to the HR team by coordinating daily activities, preparing documentation and supporting a broad range of operational HR processes.
- Ensure employee information remains accurate by maintaining personnel records, updating HR documentation and supporting attendance and leave management.
- Keep recruitment activities running smoothly by arranging interviews, communicating with applicants and managing the related administrative workflow.
- Coordinate HR activities throughout the employee journey, including the preparation of onboarding and offboarding documentation and the organisation of associated processes.
- Assist international employees with visa and relocation matters while also supporting internal communication initiatives across the business.
- Compile and verify payroll-relevant HR information so that all required data is complete and available for salary processing.
- Coordinate training activities by organising schedules, maintaining records and ensuring all supporting documentation is up to date.
- Partner with colleagues throughout the organisation to maintain efficient HR operations, ensure compliance and identify opportunities to improve existing processes.

- Commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline.
- Initial experience in HR, administration or office support, gained through an entry-level position, internship or a similar role.
- Familiarity with employee administration, HR documentation and day-to-day HR processes.
- Very good written and spoken German and Chinese. English language skills are considered an asset.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to HR software would be beneficial.
- An understanding of German employment legislation would be advantageous.
- Able to organise work efficiently, communicate professionally with different stakeholders and handle sensitive information with the appropriate level of confidentiality.
