- Contribute to the analysis and improvement of production processes, particularly in assembly, as well as to the development of new or adapted manufacturing processes.
- Support pilot runs and assist in the transition of new products into serial production.
- Provide technical support to production teams in troubleshooting activities, as well as document and track software-related issues.
- Ensure all necessary preparations and the availability of infrastructure for the introduction of new products.
- Maintain new product part numbers and update work instructions accordingly.
- Act as the first point of contact for test-related questions.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance personal skills and provide coverage for team members within the Production Engineering function.

- Completed degree or vocational training in electronics or a comparable qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in production, automation or the IT sector.
- Good command of German and/or English to ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge and strong affinity for electronics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and proactively address problems or improvement opportunities.
- Strong team spirit and willingness to learn new applications.
- Experience supporting new product introduction activities (NPI) and production validation testing (PVT) is a plus.
